It covers responsibilities such as coordinating site teams, monitoring progress, maintaining health and safety standards, managing resources, and ensuring work is carried out to required quality levels. Completing this diploma shows that the learner is capable of overseeing residential construction operations effectively and supporting the successful delivery of housing developments.
